13,000+ lucky Facebook fans were the first to see the newly designed poster for The Eyes of Thailand documentary on July 11, 2011.

The poster, designed by Annabel Nguyen, features Soraida Salwala, the founder of the Friends of the Asian Elephant (FAE) Hospital, and Motala, the 48-year old elephant, who made history in 2009 when she took her first steps on an elephant-sized prosthesis. To learn more about Soraida and Motala, visit the Story tab of our web site.

Upon seeing the poster, Soraida wrote: “I’m speechless, Windy. Thank you so much. Thanks to Annabel too! This poster says it all for us at FAE.”

Representatives for Motala said she liked the poster and felt the design made her look 500 lbs lighter! (Just kidding).

We’re thrilled Soraida and Motala like the poster and we want to hear from you. What do you think of the new poster design? We’re all ears.

Sincerely,
